James Craig is a dedicated Gulf War Navy veteran who proudly served his country from 1991 to 1995, serving on the USS Sylvania (1991-1994) and USS Enterprise (1994-1995). During his service, James was awarded the National Defense Medal, Southwest Asia Medal, Humanitarian Service Award for his tireless efforts during the Hurricane Andrew Relief which enabled homeless residents of southern Florida to receive much needed food, health, and comfort items, and the Good Conduct Medal. 

 

After his military service, James embarked on a remarkable journey of self-discovery and transformation working in automotive and accounting. While working the midnight shift at an automotive supplier, James went to school and earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting, marking a significant career change.

 

In 2008, he began working for Global Technology Associates, Ltd., a professional staffing agency, starting as a senior accountant and progressing to controller, and then to controller and partner in 2021.

 

Driven by a relentless passion for entrepreneurship, James ventured into the business world. In 2023, he founded Veterans Journei, Ltd., a consulting, staffing and management company, leveraging his financial acumen and leadership skills gained from his military experience, education, and career advancements. This entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to excellence define James' inspiring journey of service, education, and successful business ownership.
